Privacy Policy

1.- DATA PROCESSING
Erasmus Expo S.L., with VAT ID: B56193147, informs through its website www.mesabliss.es about its privacy policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of any individual with whom it maintains a relationship requiring data processing.

The automated or non-automated operations, management, and technical procedures that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions on personal data are considered personal data processing, notwithstanding what is indicated in section 4 of this policy.

2.- LAWFULNESS OF PROCESSING
The legal basis for processing Personal Data will be that resulting from the contractual or pre-contractual, labor, or any other relationship required for data processing, such as express consent.

3.- ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
In case of receiving communications through these means (emails, automated response messages from forms, and other communication systems), we inform you that the messages are intended exclusively for their recipient and may contain privileged or confidential information. If you are not the intended recipient, you are notified that unauthorized use, disclosure, and/or copying is prohibited under current legislation.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, and Directive 2002/58/EC, we inform you that if you do not wish to receive commercial communications and information through this electronic communication system, please notify us through the same channel by indicating "unsubscribe commercial communications" in the subject line, so that your personal data will be removed from our database. Your request will be processed within 10 days of submission. If we do not receive an express response from you, we will understand that you accept and authorize our company to continue sending said communications.

4.- DATA CONTROLLERS
In compliance with current data protection legislation, we inform you that the personal data you voluntarily provide us through any of our information collection means will be incorporated into automated and/or manual processing, with Erasmus Expo S.L. being responsible for said processing. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation.

Likewise, it declares and guarantees that it maintains security levels for the protection of personal data as provided by current legislation, and that it has established all technical means within its reach to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, theft of data provided by interested parties, and for its employees to observe these prescriptions, as well as the duty of secrecy regarding the data subject to protection and other existing confidentiality obligations.

The data will be kept for the duration of the relationship that generates said processing or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. Once the relationship justifying the data processing ends, the data will be blocked in accordance with the regulations, and after the legally established period, they will be deleted. Data protection regulations grant the data subject the following rights:

• Right to withdraw any previously given consent.
• Right of access: To know what type of data is being processed and the characteristics of the processing carried out.
• Right to rectification: To be able to request the modification of inaccurate or untrue data.
• Right to data portability: To be able to obtain a copy in an interoperable format of the data being processed.
• Right to restriction of processing in cases where it is considered unnecessary.
• Right to erasure: To request the cessation of data processing and its deletion when its retention is no longer necessary.

    • Said communication must include the following information: User's name and surname, the request, address, and supporting data.
    • The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be executed by an authorized person as a legal representative of the authorized party. In such a case, documentation proving this representation of the interested party must be provided.


    PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING:
    Below, we detail the purposes of data processing carried out by some or all of the Data Controllers listed above:

    • TAX AND ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT: Management of the data necessary for compliance with the company's tax and accounting obligations. Data will be retained for the periods provided by tax legislation.
    • CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT: To be able to provide the contracted services and invoice them. The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.
    • PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER / CONTACT MANAGEMENT: Management of the necessary customer data to send them advertising related to our products and services by any available means, send service and/or product quotes, and invite them to events of interest. The data provided will be kept until you request the cessation of said processing.
    • SUPPLIER RELATIONS: Management of supplier data to place orders and invoice services. The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.
    • E-COMMERCE MANAGEMENT: Management of the data necessary to manage the online store, process orders, and ship them. The data will be kept until the cessation of said processing is requested.

    VI. Duration;
    The duration of the provision of the website service and services is indefinite.
    Notwithstanding the foregoing, THE OWNER reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of the website service or any of the services that comprise it, under the same terms as set out in the third condition.


    VII. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction;

    These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

    Erasmus Expo S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile for any questions that may arise or actions that may be brought deriving from the provision of the Website service and its services and contents and on the interpretation, application, fulfillment or non-fulfillment of what is established herein.

    In the event that the User has their domicile outside of Spain, Erasmus Expo S.L. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of BARCELONA.


    USE OF COOKIES
    The Erasmus Expo S.L. website may use cookies when a USER navigates the websites and web pages of the WEBSITE. The cookies used by the website are associated only with an anonymous USER and their computer and do not by themselves provide the USER's name and surname. Thanks to cookies, it is possible to recognize registered USERS after they have registered for the first time, without them having to register on each visit to access the areas and services reserved exclusively for them. The cookies used cannot read data from your hard drive or read cookie files created by other providers. The identifying data of the USER are encrypted for greater security.
